There's this incest brother-sister game, where you haven't seen her for years. Then you decided to meet her after all those years. You took a train to meet her up, on the way you took out a picture of your sister and the game is prompted whether you want to fap to the picture or not, by selecting fap you enabled incest content. Fast foward later there's mutliple choices like enabling gay content, NTR etc. I belive the game running in unity but im not sure i can't remember.
