Is there possibly a game similar to The Company? I remember a 2DCG game where the male protagonist goes to a trial study and then gets pills to start transforming into a female or trans girl, and he freaks out over it. There's also this girl who owns a hair salon, who is really punk-rock in style with tattoos, piercings, and a leather jacket. She would also verbally abuse the protagonist. This was a game that ran in the browser and was free, I don't really remember if it had a download or not.
