Oh man I cannot remember but it was from here I think...
You played a male character that started to work on some hotel/massage parlor or something, where everyone seemed to be unhappy

You build relationships with the other co workers and the unique about this game was when doing interactions it was real life character that was talking and responding
And there was this manager that behaved aggressive somehow and his daughter worked at the place too

Anyone know which game I mean?

As far as I know, it is still very early in development. There should be a lot more to come, unless of course it gets abandoned.
