Much appreciated if you can identify it, been bugging me not being able to recall it's title.
Played it many years ago.
Is NOT turn based combat.
In town and over world modes for getting around, kinda like RPGM but not.
Goblins, humans, tentacles, and merfolk enemies.
There's a tentacle hive cave system deep in the world map.
Humanity is basically evil, everything is awful in the world.
You're a girl.
You start in a sewer attacking rats to get gold to escape the city on a boat.
If you cheat in the gold, the ferry man will call you a thief and attack you.
Tentacle infection spreading across the land.
You can be corrupted by merfolk and become their species.
That's essentially all I can remember
