i can't find the title of a game i played some month ago.

Probably Seaside Mystery. The dev also made The Twist, if you've never played that one. The scene you describe is definitely not in the latter, and I'm not all that familiar with the former, so can't say for sure.

If it's not, then there's only so many 3d incest games out there...
