Trying to find a game but check out far too many and can't remember what it is. 3D Renpy VN game,
You are helping some blonde girl (looks similar to aoife from STWA the author from memory) who is famous or something. Sure there was some sort of rooftop party involved at some point. she ends up moving into your girlfriends apartment after you help her get stuff from her house, one has a cat the other a big dog. Sure there is some sort of stalker/guy in the park opposite the apartment and that was about where i remember the last update ending. Seem to remember at least 3 or 4 updates so not just a one-off first release
