Identify [Solved] Can't remember the anime

Ever get a random scene from way back suddenly stuck in your head?

The scene I can't get rid of right now is a person doing the anime forehead flick, teleporting forward, then flicking again, repeated a couple times. They then swirl their finger in a circle... and that's where my memory ends.

Can anyone tell me what anime I saw that in? Please? I have to rewatch or listen to something stuck in my head to get rid of it, but I can't remember where it's from to do so.
