Identify [Solved] Can't remember the name of a game

Hello everyone, I played a game that I like really much. It was about a guy who was under a strict city control, he had a sister I think. And also we have to go to a company everyday, cause if we get suspicious they gonna kill us. And after we get enough of government confiance, we could freely go where we want and don't go to work. After our MC starts to take control over the city, and have every girl and decides if he want to let the other guys to f* his girls. Also some of his girls become spies, and snicks into the government.(Also get f* by this guys of the government, and not only)
