I played a game a while back that I need help tracking down. It was a renpy game. Male protag. The premise was you crashed your car and found yourself in this town that no one can get out of, except all the young men disappear during the night if they go outside. The town is full of women and like an older sheriff. There was one woman who worked at a cafe and used breast milk in her coffee, weird thing to remember but it was unique so it stuck I guess.
