Ok, did not see a thread about this but i have a problem posing 3 characters in a scene.
It becomes super laggy.

I tried to delete hair, no improvement.
Strangely, the laggiest is the male. The 2 females are alright. Not speedy either but faster.

I made sure to switch them all to basic instead of HD.

Is there something blocking the characters?

DAZ is pretty much default configured.

Or in other words, how can i speed things up in DAZ?
My system is powered by a RTX3060 and 32GB of ram. I checked that Iray is selected and GPU. I hope i don't have to switch to Gen3 for two of them.

Thanks

I found out why.
The clothing. Omg.... i didn't know that can tax the system.

Check if any piece of clothing has "interactive update" on. Or if view subd level is above 1, if so try lowering that.

Hey thanks, Nicke.
I am sure i ran into the same problem before and blamed the hair.
Got to check. Since this was a naked scene it didn't matter but it was odd.
It was so laggy that if i moved a part, it would stall for 30 seconds or more.
Got to be careful with assets.

The possible causes I listed can be the reason hair slows down the viewport as well. I mean it's daz, there can be a million reasons...
