Identify [SOLVED] First Person Maze

As the title suggests. It's a trap maze crawling with first person. The controls are really simple with arrow keys for direction. Up key to move forward, left-right keys to change view as the control implies (only left and right direction, not a 3D camera works), heal button, and if I remember correctly there's also an attack button. On the UI side, there's character condition in the corner (classic RPG standing image), mini-map with fog of war gimmick, and HP bar (and maybe mana bar, I don't remember). There's only one healing item, pink potion, it heals HP and Lewd mechanic. I'm not sure, but the MC I believe is Mage. Gameplay flow is just explore to find doors leading to next stage, loot for chest, and find enemies or traps to trigger H-scene. Last major thing I remember it's not a RPGM because I remember when fighting the last boss he is quite annoying. After several tries I used the Cheat Engine to change the potion value to unlimited, so I'm sure it's not a RPGM. It's maybe either Unity or UE because CE can tinker the game.
