Male hero with a party joins a tournament and fights against a futanari wolfgirl, wins by getting knotted by her, and winning because she passed out before he did.
If it helps his party was mostly female, and were talking about a past incident with a slime girl and the hero where he probably got violated again which was the recurring theme for the hero it seemed, and the hero's armor were colored blue, and one of the magicians in his party were wearing purple robes.
It's a RPGM because of the dialogue text boxes it used but I could be wrong.
