I played this game about three plus years ago where the main character is a girl who becomes a futa and as her magical power grows, her dick gets bigger. I think it was still in development. The art style is what I'd consider "generic" anime, but it was either originally in English or it was translated well.

It should be uncensored, at least some of it anyway. The version in the op is old though. Vampire Notes has a similar look, but you need to do some manual fixing. Rune's Pharmacy and Nekomimi Nyanderful maybe.
If your ok with a lot of monster sex and loli pregnancy, Naedoko Demon's Ground. Not allowed on here though.
