This is a ren'py visual novel I think.
The plot is something to the effect of: MC's dad dies and he moves in with his stepmother, who he hates for some reason, and his little sister, a redhead who is almost nonverbal because she is super shy. The stepmom is trying to make amends with MC. She has to take some medication that leads to her having amnesia so the MC molests her and whatnot during that time. The little sister has a friend who is a massive slut and a therapist who is a massive bitch. I think the MC follows the therapist one day and learns some shit about her past that explains why she is so rude to him.
