I remember playing a game where the MC pretends to be the long lost son of the mother of a family, and she isn't entirely sure but takes him in anyway. The dialog and writing was quite funny, and the story didnt take itself too seriously. The dad character was completely skeptical of the MC's claims, but relents to his wife in letting him stay. The mom character's sister knows the MC is full of shit but they fuck anyway, and she tries to get the mom to cut loose as well. There was also a sister character, but I don't remember too much about her.
