Identify (SOLVED) Game about cheating with Asian receptionist/employee?

I don’t remember much other that the MC (Male Protag) owns a business, or possibly some kind of doctor. I believe he has a wife or girlfriend, and he’s having an affair with his Asian receptionist/employee, I remember the choices I made led to the Asian woman leaving her boyfriend and I believe the MC also left his gf/wife. I also believe there was this troubled girl that worked at a bar or strip club that you help out and end up offering a job at MC’s business. I remember the last time I played it ended with said troubled girl about to walk in on Asian and MC having sex at work.
