I can't remember the name of this game or where I found it (mighta been here). It was an rpgmaker game(I think) and it had a 3d portrait on screen that ran as you ran and reacted to clothing changes. That's about all I remember though.

Not what I was looking for, but thank you, that looks interesting. I wasn't really clear on the whole running thing; when you moved the character sprite with the keys, the portrait/model on the right entered an animation of walking/running from different angles(left-right, front and back views)
