Identify (solved) Game about prisoners in hell.

It was a 2d game with 2d cg's. The plot as i remember was that you died and as your new job you will have to take care of a group of prisoners but something goes wrong, that's all i can remember. The gameplay was a linear world with easy puzzles and random encounters, from wich you got money to level up your group of prisoners, by some strip minigames.

If you look at the right hand panel, you can for the most part use the boxes to limit what is shown. So you can maybe find it. This isn't perfect, since the tag system isn't perfect, and some older games lack them.
