Trying to find a game I remember downloading and playing sometime between 2013 and 2016ish, All I remember is that the main character was a fucking loser, it was a free roam first person unity or unreal or some other first person engine from the time, and if you pressed the P key your character would pull out their dick and further presses of p would enlarge it. I think there was a subplot about an alien or an organism you had to grow or work on? Would appreciate any ideas, I'm certain the game was abandoned at some point as its been almost 10 years now
