Identify [Solved] game where a girl looses her wealth and becomes a futa as result of a witch (i think?)

It was a Japanese game that was finished a year or two ago, the intro had you get kicked out or arrested? I think your mansion got sized and you ended up on the streets, the character got turned into a futanari by somebody inside of their cabin/house. It had specific stats, like penis size and breast size and other stuff like that. It also had a map with areas, you could also work in a bar. I honestly can't remember anymore.
