MC is working at an Inn or mansion that only has female residents. The butler is a normal at first, but turns out to be kind of a creep and jerk. It is a side-quest to take over all his responsibilities. The residents' landlady turns out to be an actual witch or something, and most of the guests staying in the mansion are female students, not necessarily witches.
