I played this game a long time ago. I remember that the MC was in an accident of some sort, I believe sports related, and he was wallowing in depression for a while. He was an elite athlete prior to his injury (maybe a skiing or snowboarding injury?) and I think he had 2 sisters as well as a case manager (might have been the school principal it's a blur) that would keep checking on him. Also he had an idiot best friend and I think there was a scene where they were all stranded a few days on a stolen yacht and had to scavenge for food later in the story.
