So there was this game, if I recall it was in Ren'py, where you'd feel your girl with the end goal of her fattening up. She'd gain weight overtime as you fed her more and more.
Aspects that I remember: it was 3dcg (and the renders changed slowly over time as she got more fat), male protagonist, you could go to movies, park, coffee shop, mall, etc.
