Trying to find this game I played a while back, you're a university student hired as a tutor/friend for a sheltered girl with very pale skin and white hair, she has some kind of immunity disorder where she can't go outside, the MC has to shower every time he enters the house, there are scenes where you play twister with the family, the mom is into the MC and the dad is overprotective. It was Ren'py, with 3D daz models as usual.
