Identify [Solved] Game with tattoes or marks on the body that affect emotions

I remember playing a game in which the MC wakes up in the hospital after taking drugs or something and he sees marks on the bodies of other people that let him affect emotions. If I recall correctly the game is being developed by someone here at f95zone. One of the choices involved accusing or forgiving a nurse for telling us that we had woken up many decades into the future.
