I played a game last month that I can't say for sure was definitely completed, but it had several endings available. The game involved you helping your family financially after your father or stepfather was laid off. You could earn money by working or selling content online of your Mother and watch her corruption grow. The game is in pixel art style.
I remeber there was a Futanari Content in the gym.
A Blonde girl who works with you in a coffeshop.
A guy who pays you to take a photo with your mom after she's famous
