I'm fairly certain this was a Ren'Py game. It takes place in a boarding school where you're the principal (I think? Could also be a teacher) and you can seduce both the students and the teachers. There are two classes and they both have different girls in them, and different dorms for the 2 classes. You can visit one of the dorms either at night or during the weekend, I can't remember which. You can talk to the teachers in the break room. If one of the girls gets mad at you you can talk to a teacher to fix that. You can also go on dates with the girls/teachers(?) and ask them to become your girlfriend(?).
