I've searched a good while with no luck, so I hope someone can remember the game.
Protagonist and his family (mother&sister?) were living with relatives? The part I remember is that you could boink the cousin's love interest (and his sister too?) while he was watching from a closet or something. The game is probably abandoned, but I recall what was there, as very entertaining.
