It's starts off by choosing your race white/black(maybe), or just a nerdy black protagonist. You live with your stepmom/caretaker and stepsister. On your way to your uncle/tutor house and his daughter you fall/are kidneped thru a portal and return a buff big dick guy. Your stepmom takes you to a blonde(maybe) doctor, in the hospital you talk to an asian rich kid/guy and redneck brother and siter.
