I played a game maybe a yearish ago (dont quote me on that part) that featured an optional futa side character - she's the MC's sister/friend's roommate I think, she's got big ol milkers, black hair, and she's extremely shy or maybe even a NEET. MC has a scene with her while they're playing video games on a couch, if that helps. Any help naming the game would be appreciated.

Thanks for the very quick response, but I dont think thats the one. More details - it was 3dcg as well (different art style from Twisted World though), but the "optional futa" was in the form of a black screen where you could decide whether the relative's roommate was "hiding something," changing whether the character is futa or not. But thanks regardless.
