Identify [Solved] Help re-finding sissy/transformation/landlord game...

There was a game I played awhile ago where you play the role of a landlord. You have a transgirl tenant that you start to fuck, helping her with training, job finding, etc. You can go to a bar, some training facility...I don't remember all the details anymore. I think the girl's name was Alex or Chris or something like that. I played it last year.
