I'm sure it was quite old now most probably abandoned. I think it was on Ren'Py and had 3DCG artwork. At the start you move in with your sister and niece(s?) and nephew. You can start to corrupt your niece and at one point you catch your nephew spying on your sister, in which case you can choose to help him learn how to do it without being caught. At some point you are asked by someone (maybe a police officer?) to go with them and end up being held in a cell which you eventually escape from (or get let out in exchange for doing some things for them?).
