Okay so I have an idea about the story and some of the situations in those games, but i can't find them by myself so I wanted to try luck and see if someone could help me.
The first one is a 3DCG game about a young man who's father sent him and his... I don't remember if babysitter, landlady or some shit like that to a friend's house because of work but apparently there's some sort of conspiration that you start solving, there's also stuff like the son of the father's friend being a voyeour who likes watching you fucking his crush, his mother wanting to fuck you and the crush's father who you're working for in order to gather more information, I have more details in mind if are needed.
The other is in 2D, the artstyle is a bit rough but had it's charm, it was about a guy who lived in some sort of mansion with his family i think, his sister and mother when a demon invasion occured and attacked their town, he was the descendant of a powerful mage, who through an ancienct book, teaches him to use magic to fight the demons and also corrupt his family, the was an rpg similar to final fantasy.
