I can only remember part of the description of the game which is that, the MC and his family are getting on a ship and somebody approaches the MC and tells him that their memories will be erased and then give the MC some medicine to prevent that, later his family loses their memories but he keeps his. I'm not sure what tags the game had but I'm fairly certain it had the incest tag.
