The game is a Ren'py which is also why I choose that, but the game is about a man who relocated or move house and now lives next-door to a family of three. Our Mc is a middle-age man with a bulky build full beard and a bald head if I remember correctly. and he introduces himself as a doctor of some sort and i think it was a dentist because i remember that the family's daughter was very interested in the Mc and the father asked Mc what he thought of his daughters teeth if she needed braces, so obviously the daughter comes over and Mc looks her dead centre in the eye and then "checks" her teeth and puts his fingers in her mouth and stuff and he says it looks fine.
So now we have established that Mc is after daughter, But he also went after the housewife, since she likes gardening and stuff and mc would "help" while caressing her butt.
I also remember a scene between Mc and the daughter and a carrot and a butt, you make the rest of the assumption.
