Hello, first of all i'm sorry if i'm not supposed to post here. I remember i played a game where the MC was friend with 2 siblings and he was working with them in their family's store.. I think the sister had 'a condition' ( i think she was trans) . i can't remember the name of the game, do you know it by any chance?

MC is friends with 2 sisters, he goes to their coffee shop. One sister is disabled, not trans though. Might be what you're looking for, maybe not.
