Identify {Solved} It was some island game where mc dad was killed

Probably renpy. I remember that somewhere in the plot MC was digging in his dads old work. I think he had a mom and sister/s. Some medicine stuff by dad with power granting somehow mind control or suggestion something like that but high death rate and i think MC is one of the only 3 that survive. I remember You meet a fat guy tycoon to tell you about this he also has a slave girl that willing and happily his slave or submissive. Before you meet fat guy i remember you see slave girl 1st at the entrance in her skimp dress, I think it was some island location based story.

Edit: never mind I think i was mixing 2 games that is why i couldn't find it, I mixed Pill King, and Sovereign. Just saw fat guy in Sovereign which was the one I was looking for.
