Identify SOLVED Looking for a game (and its driving me crazy :O )

LF a game were you play as a Male MC, in a big house, multiple girls/woman, pool outside and some point in the game you buy/build a sauna (which is top right of the pool) you also upgrade the house to make it bigger along the line
there is also a female character that makes movie (porn) and you assist her. if i remember correctly further along the line more people start to live with you or visit often.
also and older man who loves to peek?¿

The house developing and sauna brings to mind Reclusive Bay can't remember the making porn or older man parts though, it is a while since I played it though.

it is indeeds max's life, came across it but my feelin said the chara's designs were more western. guess that was wrong
