Identify [Solved] looking for a game I cant remember the title of

I don't remember much it is a female mc game, you move in with your older sister I think you go to school in the mornings,
at one point you clean and paint the basement. you can sunbathe in your back yard with your sister and someone watches from the neighbor's window.
Any help would be appreciated, its been burning a hole in my brain.
