I am looking one game I played in past but can't remember the name anymore.
In the game you were a guy who rented apartment from 2 girls. In the apartment there are 2 people living in. Female and her daughter. When moving in you had to carry all the boxes up from stairs. Also you had to renovate the room where u gonna be living. Like very detailed mechanics. Has to put floor boards on the ground one by one. Had to drill a hole into the wall and put the internet cable in. There was also basement where u had to go and do some things. The goal I guess was to corrupt the girls. Anyone know this game?
