So, I'm looking for a game in which MC is a rich guy who owns a ship and invites his nieces (twins). On the ship MC has pictures of naked women in frames, in which the nieces are interested.
After a while MC will have sex with his nieces and then there is a party in a hotel which leads to a big orgy with his nieces and his ships crew members.
