it's not artifact trilogy, although artifact has one threesome scene with female being blindfold willingly. But its not it

The one I'm thinking of was not a threesome scene. Sis/female cousin was held against her will in that scene. And it does had the option for MC to choose from three ways to get to her in time.
And it was definitely a 3dcg game

i dont remember which game it was from but maby it is the same scene and someone else can help. In the scene i remember you could ask your female cousin for help cause she is somekind of haker and she tells you which room your cousin is beeing held in and i think you can either go into the building and check each room or use the escape stairs to directly get the the room and help your cousin while her ex is out of the room.

There's a scene in Midnight Paradise where the older sister is kidnapped by her boyfriend and MC finds her by climbing up the fire escape of a building and sees her in a device that I can't remember the name of. A picture paints a thousand words though, so:

I don't remember the time limit bit, but I think I read that this scene was changed a bit since it originally appeared, so perhaps that's why if so.

If I remember rightly (which I didn't think of at the time) your girlfriend's college roommate is a hacker, and she helps you locate the sister, so that ties in as well.
