Identify [SOLVED]Looking for a game with a demon in basement/room

Hey guys,
I was trying to find a game where there's a purple (not 100% sure) demon/succubus either in the basement or in the MC's room.
The MC lives in a house with a milf and other 2/3 girls in the house.
The MC attends a school where the director is a bitch. I dont remember much else, but I think it was either in Ren'Py or Unity.
