I played a game a few years ago that was far from complete, but what was done was interesting. unfortunately, I lost that game.
I'd like to find it again, so here's what I remember of it:
as the title said, the gameplay of it is a brothel management game which is build the room, and the necesity in order for the brothel to operate
if you know love tavern, then the gameplay is pretty similiar
the focus of it is more on the pixel based monster girl/ Interspecies Sex, you can pick the male and build suitable breeding room, and then cross breed the girl to impregnate, and then raise the child (you need to build rasing room first) and when the girl get older, you can then prostitute or selling them.
the girl can run away if you arent careful or her relationship rating is low enough
