I am looking for a game that starts with the MC as an balding old man that passes out pleasuring himself. He goes through a monologue about self-pity and how he ruined his relationships with his family. He wakes up in his young body (I think he's a freshman) and is back living with his family. He goes through this weird new life as if nothing happened because he isn't sure if he is just mentally unstable or if it is reality.
There was a sweet/romantic storyline where he meets a girl who he thought turned out to be a slut (in his memory from the future). But, it turns out she is just poor and may have gotten into trouble from her father's debts.
The animation style is similar to Ripples, Pale Carnations, and other Honey Select style games.
Any idea what game I might be remembering? Or maybe I am mixing up multiple games?
