Identify [Solved] Looking for sci-fi game with relationship customizer

There was this sci-fi game about a protagonist and his family being sent on a spaceship. The protagonist wakes up early and finds himself alone on the ship with a girl. They have to find out what happened to them. But, it turns out that there are nefarious people on the ship that have possibly kidnapped the girl's sister to do something.

This game also had a great relationship customizing menu, where you could adjust all the characters' backgrounds.

Anyone remember what this game is called?

There were really only two characters in the game - the girl and protagonist. The other characters were a couple bad dudes and the girl's little sister. They were mostly shown in a cut scene type thing. The protagonist and his family were still frozen.

It had a free-roam section. I remember that clearly because a lot of the rooms were not used and the space station map layout was a ring. So, it got really confusing and frustrating to navigate the point-and-click movement.

I also remember that there were some cut scenes of the protagonist dude and his ex-girlfriend. And some side-story about how they broke up before he and his family were chosen for the space trip.
