I have no idea what the game was called but you are a boy with a bunch of siblings and two older sisters and a mom your dad gets stuck away in a storm or something , there is also a female doctor in town, a teacher and an older shop owner. I remember you help the teacher clean the pool or something. It culminates at the end with a firework show and you choose your ending by picking a girl and then your sisters leave and go back to college or something. Sorry i know its not a lot to go on but im hoping someone remembers the name.
