Identify (solved) Looking for this game

The game is about a writer (protagonist) that receives his family at his house, the family are his two nieces (i think), his brother and his brother's wife...

Now the game as different endings depending on your choices.

I also found the game in f95 but now I can't find it...

The game contained pregnancy, at least at the endings they always showed up pregnant.
