There was a Game ive seen quite a few years ago which i cant seem to find anywhere i look anymore xD
It seemed to have a sorta working save system and a sorta big world with teleporters based on what ive read , the field UI was sorta diagonal and tile-based, you played as a male protagonist, the combat revolved around step by step undressing the enemy girl to be able to hit their weakspots to make them cum before they do the same to the player (basically first who cums loses).
I think ingame lore said that they vanish or just disappear afterwards? (that point i really am not sure about though xD)
Some specific things i do remember:
-there was a Lolita enemy in one of the earlier areas
-RANDOM ENCOUNTERS xD
