Identify (solved) Name of game where mc wife is in coma please

From what I remember, in this game mc's wife is in a coma but is resting in a bedroom instead of a hospital. At some point, she went missing and I think their relationship wasn't good. Also, I think that she was blonde.

Rule (1.)7, the usual reason. I think the dev stopped making the loli patch that let it stay, but it was years ago so I might be confusing it with another game. Surprised this thread is still here, think all the others got removed.
